About Us
Owner Scott Mullen is a native in Northern Virginia. Scott started in the HVAC business in 1985 as a service technician and quickly moved through the ranks from service manager to general manager at one of the area's larger heating and air conditioning companies. In 1999, he was motivated to help others grow in the industry and gave his resignation from his position as general manager to accept a job teaching heating and air conditioning at the Arlington County Career Center. That same year, Scott also opened A/C Doc. Scott has taken most of the major manufactures training courses. Always motivated and dedicated to his profession, Scott understands the more he knows the better he can serve his customers. Scott carries six different masters licenses in the state of Virginia (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas fitters, natural gas fitter, and liquefied petroleum gas). As a small company owner, Scott understands every customer is important and that customer service and satisfaction is top priority.
